I'm hitting my fhr breakpoint with charms what's the best pvp set up as far as helm and shield. Is it better to go Phoenix ravenlore or spirit flickering flame with good base? Also what about ss for max block set up? I got a +3vocano flickering flame but not sure if ravenlore is better or if the -res from Phoenix is more important then max block of SS or the fhr,fcr of spirit.
