lmao the majority of pvpers on this forum/on bnet did not play with unperms/bugged items/hybrid. they are not make or break a build, sure some builds were more viable with these items but not necessary. its like saying "oh my ghostsin MUST HAVE 0.8 VALK TO WORK!!"" yeah, it doesnt.

I have .08s and hybrids but skill > gear every time unless you play melee which those items are banned anyway

I have more skills in my left ballsack than u ever had.

But i like to play none meta builds, which gets semi decent with help of such items. Like my tel3zon, my telewolf and such.
Such that i can make a fast moving build instead of a slow "tanky" stormshield build an instead utulize the inzane pvp skills i got.

I wiped out HLD cold sorc with my lvl 49 hammer, and after first banwave i had a pvp dong with 58% block, 2,9k life and pwned guys with that.
I slayed in tvt with 100fg 8% dr nec vs camper bowa team, and 1v4 them, bowa was mr WEP.

some of the prepatch items are sick ofc (perm ones are way too overprice anyway), but u can still reach the the required fhr/fcr etc without them, u'll have less dmg/hp, but ur enemy has lower stats aswell, so its ok

True that, but if u had to work in car shops for 1 year just to be able to run this toyota vs toyota it might not be worth it. But if there was a small chance u might get a ferrari this may lead to be worth ur time.

your "non-meta" builds were only possible due to unintended, unlegit methods. those items were not supposed to exist.

They are overpowered, there is no denying that.

and just to add, builds being viable due to unintended items does not mean that the items themself have a purpose. of course any broken exploited item will make some sort of build viable.

Highlord 08 is only better than its newer version on shapers or on barbs that actually run a valk 08 as well.

Bug tal sucks on every build except sorc, but is usually beaten by enigma anyway, espesially when the new realms would not flood with 2/20/massive str/adds ammu and diadems and such. It does however make troll builds like dream bear pala and foh'er better.

So how would this be any kind of u fair? If theese items was able to drop in the game, and hybrid runewords could be made with ingeadiences in a legit manner:
- bt
- bb
- valk 08
- inferno 08
- highlord 08
- snatchi gloves
- atma boots

Call them whatever u want, theese items are not op, with the exception of bb.
- eni > bt
- bb > all, but some builds needs arach
- valk 08 is good on sins, and usable by barn. But coa and good diadems are better on most chars.
- inferno 08 are better than hots, but not inzane item.
- current hl > hl08 on all chars except shapers
- snatchi gloves are niche item, most chars dont need them. Its not an op item.
- atma boots: a good crafted mana boots beats them quite a bit by stats, and atma boots has no frw, so is a niche build.

Wiz gloves would be OP, due to the fact it allows all kind of bm builds like doom/passion hammers/necros, max block full fcr druids with godly stats, 105fcr bvc's and such. I personally like the item, but i would agree this May shift the balance on any realm.


Lets say u needed 2-3 super rare ingreadiences to cube together with a runeword to make a hybrid one. Ofc there would need to be different types of Ingeadiences. Or maby if you needed to make a hybrid rw you would cube it with a ingredience or 2 which removed the runes and the effect and left the rw inside, then u could put a new runeword in it. If people put anything else than a real rw it would poof/get deleted.

This would be a nice way to keep old people, who are like me.

ok so you are only advocating hybrid runewords that were made unlegimately? m8 just ask blizz if they will implement items based on exploits as proper runewords cuz 0.00001% of the player base wants it
