New player, need isk to buy skill books, leave price

I'm unsure if I'm allowed to post non-trade reply but FYI - you can get skill books at a discount in the "noob player" systems... something like 30% cheaper from the NPC stations in those career agent systems. Lots of people don't realize this and waste hundreds of millions on the pricer books.

Is the reason why no one wants to sell 100mil is because it is too small of an amount to spend any time on?

Was just doing T0 Abyss in a T1 Dragoon and everyone was going swimmingly the first 10 runs. Was popping them no problem at all. I had 18mil worth of triglavian crap on me and a stupid Skybreaker Disparu Troop spawned in one of the waves. The focker just killed all 15 of my drones and after my capacitor ran out, he killed me. Lesson learned, lol. I have like 1.1mil in the bank right now. Back to square one, I guess....
