I would say around 300k fg as well. 200bil is far more than the demand so you will have to lower price to increase sell speed in the end.

Also just like Lowzzz said, no matter how safe you are and no matter how good methods of trading you use CCP WILL notice if you all of a sudden get rid of 200bil to random people that you have no connection to. Cant really use the standard fake scam contract here because if they see that your IP or accounts with the same email been scammed the same way for 100 times they will realize noone is that retarded and ban you.

There is plenty of ways to trade isk

Just be extra creative and come up with an elaborate ruse.

I wonder if character transfer (cost 2 plex to transfer) might work for very big amount of ISK ?

You basically just sell a pilot will all the isk in it, you just happened to forget the isk on the pilot

I think it might work with any amount of ISK even 200b

Too obvious, noone in their right mind would leave large amounts of ISK on the character they sell. Even if they do there is a rule that CCP will manually transfer that ISK back to the original owner and that it is not considered a part of the trade unless stated in the topic.
