106 fg isn't enough even for the service of explaining EVE and can barely buy any ISK at all. You might get free answers to specific questions, but to ask for an explanation of the game itself is such a huge task that it will take a VERY long time (if you can even find a veteran that is willing and has experienced all aspects) and will thus be very expensive.

Do your tutorials, They will teach you aspects of the game and show you how to find stuff to do. mining is decent income in the beginning but I'd suggest missioning first.
