to find out whos buddy invite you used?

I think I may have used Botted and he got banned so now Im screwed outta my sub isk. But im not sure is there a way to find out?

As far as I know there is no way to see that, other than actually subscribing and I'll check if I can claim any rewards.

I am trying to petition it and i have some leeway to fight it, but if i had to guess it was for RMT.

I had traded with DrawX, he scammed me on jsp claiming that he had done a 55bil trade earlier and was banned for that. So he could not log on and confirm the trade. Anyway i suppose ccp went through him to catch me.

I was banned probably 5-6 days ago, I received no email, no reason, no nothing. I just tried to log in one day and it had told me my username/password was invalid. So i tried to recover my password and the system had told me I could not use the service because I was banned.

I petitioned it though ccp is merciless, but im praying I can get unlocked.

How does you getting banned affect everyone that previously purchased isk from you?

I thought RMT just got you a negative wallet, not the banhammer.

If you purchased ISK and it was your first time offense then they usually set your wallet negative the amount you bought yes. If you are caught selling ISK you will be shown no mercy.

Ah, gotcha. I'm still trading the rest of my FG for ISK, though...just have to be smart about it.

Edit: on another note, I wonder if that dude who tried to scam botted reported him to CCP for RMT. That might explain why he suddenly gets banned.

That sig is about 7 years old It has been with me on many forums and many games.

I don' think he even needed to report botted, they already looked into his wallet and knew he bought ISK, so when they see another very large sum of ISK obtained they are almost forced to investigate.
