how hard is it to make enough isk a month to cover the fee to play?

i have heard you don't make much isk when u start..after a few months could you cover the cost?

You won't be able to cover the subscription for quite a few months. You can make enough in level 4 missions, but that is no fun way to play the game.

Edit: it all depends how you want to play the game. You can train a character for 4-5 days and be able to make close to 2 plex a day through the factional warfare pve aspect, but then you would need isk to be able to cash in your work for more isk. Use fg for that?

You can't activate your account with plex anyway, and if you do it off the 21 day trial, you can pay $30 to get the game and get 90 days, which should be enough time for you to start making money. If you really focus on it, you can easily become self-sufficient at that point. If you want, I can give you a code for the 21 day trial.

You can use a plex to upgrade from the 21 day trial.

If you don't mind spending a little fg on this game it' not a problem earning enough isk to play for free. Even w/o the use of fg you can play for free even from the get go. It's critical that you know what to do and such, however.
