I want to buy some Billions for FG - let me know your Ratio and at best how to trade safe.

The important Question: I want to reactivate my Account - the plan is to buy a Plex with that ISK within the free 4 hour time. Are there any limitations within that 4 hour activation? Like no contracts and so on?

i don't believe there are limitations, but if there is i will sort you out with a plex before contract.
