i need to plex to reactivate my eve accounts got options for paying for them ethire by using pay pal to buy FG or i could trade gear on in game gold let me know what they would cost me on eves site there going for 15$ a month so trying to get something a little less then that i can get 640 fg for 20$ let me know what you want

If you do not have FG or game items to trade for FG you will not find a cheaper option. Current ratio is 1k fg per billion of isk, so buying FG is not worth it.

You need to either take advantage of the black market, more details are not allowed here, or actually pay directly to CCP.

If you have items on these accounts you wish to activate, items you can sell for the ISK equivalent of a plex (~500mil) then I would suggest logging into account management and choosing the option "Hours for plex". That option will temp activate your account for 4 hours giving you a one-time chance to apply a plex.

You said you could trade in-game gold? Well PLEX goes for roughly 500M. Just use the 'Hours for plex' suggested above and you will be fine.

By looking at his old topics he meant Diablo 3 gold/items. That can easily be traded for FG though. Then he'll still have the problem of actually finding an ISK seller which doesn't charge way above the current ratio.

Well 'The current ratio' is a thing to debate. I havn't seen anyone selling for 1:1 lately. We can assume it's a little higher now.

So far there is only 1 person selling ISK and that for one is not enough to set a current ratio. You can see a few topics buying but no success there. You can also see that the people buying have NOT yet raised their price meaning so far there's no general (I write general since the person selling for 1:1.7 still gets business now and then due to loyal buyers) interest for more expensive ISK. Since the buyers do not fight over the few billions of gold for sale at 1:1.7 one can with ease say that 1:1.7 is still overpriced.

I have been looking at old topics dating back as far as june and it seems most ISK sellers simply gave up since the demand has not been very high, in fact much lower than the supply. That's what lead to ISK being sold for 800fg per bil at one point.

Edit: One example of this is that there's 2 people, both friends in EVE and on JSP, that went inactive with a combined sum of ~120 billion isk which got taken off the market due to them giving up and focusing on other stuff.
