I was banned, when I asked what did I do they said I gave misleading information in the help channel to people.

But i didnt

Ive asked them MANY times already what was exactly the misleading information they are talking about, and never could they answer me exaclty what it was.

But still they dont lift my ban and now they said none of my future petitions will recieve any answer as they already told me why I was banned (but never proved it, neither it is true what they say)


Is there anything I can do? Like personally call customer support (if theres any) about this or something?

First they said it was a light ban, never said anything about perman ban nor my ip is banned as I got more accounts.
Then when i complained they said it will not be lifted and remain banned.
Never said anything about perma ban neither they said anything when it will be lifted if ever.

The investigation is over as they closed 3 petitions already that I made about this.

Its really non sense, they ban me because of something that I didnt do :(

I would say you have lost the account.

CCP doesn't ban via IP, they ban via email. So as long as your account aren't all on the same email (or even if you didn't use another account to direct the related issue) you shouldn't lose another.

As for the reason, I have no idea. Although i know posting ~anything~ NOT related to helping (if even its something retardedly simple) in help channels is an offence. The degree I am uncertain of, but i suppose they can ban you if they feel its needed.

Just give it a couple of days to see to blow over. Maybe it is just a temp ban. I would try it in a week, month, and why not try at random times after that.

Sorry for your loss.

But on a side note, what was lost? What was the SP of the char, assets, liquid isk. It's always fun to know these details :P

Make a new petition but include that you want this escalated to a senior gm. Normal gms are usually fucking retarded.

hmmmm, I've been banned from the "help" channel on many occasions... lost an account over it not once. I would say you were scamming or baiting newbros. They don't ban for misleading info, only block single pilots from the channel.

I NEVER did post anything misleading in the help channel, all Im trying to know is what did I post that was misleading but they DODGE that question as you can see, they dont answer me what I posted, all they keep saying is that I did it, which I didnt.

I didnt lose much as it was a new character, about 2-3bil and 5mil sp, and its not about what I lost that pisses me the most, its about the lack of integrity from their part. Banning people just because the GM doesnt like someone without a reason is not really the proper way to do businesses imo.

AT LEAST they wouldve come up with a valid reason that actually happened, not a made up lie and then avoiding to answer it.
