See if you can get into a corporation that is focused on certain aspects of the game that you enjoy (like PVP, Mining, Missions, WH's etc).

Usually it can help you better understand and continue to be more involved with the game when you experience it with others.

Nobody can really tell you where to go now. You have to make that decision yourself. You might wanna look into a few podcasts. That will probably give you a better understanding of what's inside this game. I enjoy "Lost in Eve".

I was at this point as well about a week after starting... just keep asking around and you will find your way to something you like.

One thing that helped me was flying to one of the trade hubs

I went to Amarr - Emperor Family Academy - and learned from people in game what to do with my time.

Tra missions first to get some isk going. At your age I was doing NPC trading. If your good you could make like 15mill an hour shlepping cows left n right :). Ten do some missions, join a good corp and build your skills. Thats first 6 months for you :)
