Yeah. Log in to your account and click "Hours for plex".

If the hours for plex option is available then you can get a few hours to get on your character to buy a plex. If you squander these hours they will not give them to you again until you've subscribed and waited a month and even then you may have to petition for them.

If the option is not available then you need to submit a petition to make it available.

Additionally if you have the isk on your toon you may purchase a 60d GTC in the forums without having an active sub.

What this man said is pretty accurate, I might add that after clicking the Hours for Plex button, you have FOUR hours to activate a PLEX, which should be plenty enough time to buy one at whatever station and apply it to your account.

Hours for Plex

Theyll give you 4 hours to log into the game and plex it.

If youdont have this option, open a petition about it.

They will answer saying your account is opened for 4 hours.
