Word of warning, I bought isk from 2 people.. and was banned for engaging in hacking activities. dont trust this person. The account he sent the isk from was said to me to have engaged in these activities by the GM. I eventually got my ban overturned (a month later). Never raised an issue on the forum until now because i figured it'd just jeopardise my account further,

lol? Never been banned once in this game. If you got banned for RMT, I highly doubt they overturned your account.
