theres this cruiser faction ship faction fitted worth about 1.5b...basicly all he does is bump miners 8 hours a day not letting them mine basicly legal griefing

his ship naked has like 8k hp id say but hes fitted with over a bil of shit so its going to take 3-4 big volleys to pop him he is using a vigilant crusier

well going by u have no FG then it would be an isk trade so how much isk can u spare

tornado w/ approx 7k volley (shud be enough) cost 90 mil isk

your going to need to pop that volly probably 4-5 times this guy is seriously fitted for hardcore shit he MURDERED a drake it wouldnt surprise me if all his resistances are in the 70-80%s like i said he has spent 1.5b on faction fit gear

what is your rate of fire with that 7k volley?

he also moves like 1.4km/s or so could his orbit prevent you from hitting him? just things to consider :S

he may of gotten banned or temp banned cause he has taken this to a whole new level of grief his bumping stops your warps so you cant mine or warp away until HE decided to stop bumping you and it is high sec so you cant do anything about it and he had a huge rage going on for a couple days there that i been in the system so it would not suprise me if he been temped have not seen him today

also telling them around where he is might help, if they're out in 0.0 not sure they went to travel too far for 50m
