Can fly a drake pretty soon here, but I don't know which missile skills to start training for a drake. (Drake is a good idea?)

Really like the Cormorant I'm currently flying, and was thinking of upgrading to the tech II version: the Flycatcher... is this ship any good for anything?

it's good to bubble gates, but if you are new to eve an interdictor shouldn't be your priority. focus on your drake and tech 2 modules for now, tech 2 ships will come later.
Beeing able to get in a ship doesnt mean you can fly the ship. By that I mean that the skills requirements of a ship aren't enough to fly it descently. You need a lot of other skills to fly a ship; core skills, tech 2 modules, support skills etc...

for shield skills get shield management to 5, shield operation to V, Shield upgrades to 4, tactical shield manipulation 4 and the resist shield compensations to 4 ( em exp kin therm)
I'd skill for Tech 2 tank before tech 2 guns/launchers (get some missile skills to 3-4 though)

i tl:dr'ed the thread but i saw flycatcher.

Flycatcher or any interdictor or heavy interdictor bubbles are only usable in null sec. However, the Heavy dic's have a sexy ass tank if you can properly fit them. They could be useful in highsec just to tank shit, but you RARELY ever see one.

Only get into dictors if you plan on hanging out around a null sec alliance. And if you do get into them, be prepared to not be stupid with them. You can very easily get yourself into trouble if you accidentally bubble a blue fleet at the wrong time.
