Buddy of my IRL told me to download EVEHQ and start using that to understand what I'm planning to do in Eve a little better.

I just d/loaded and its fairly confusing (for now anyway)-- is this a good program to use? helpful? tips? thoughts?

i use EvEmon works for me

I use evemon for skill plans and it's easy to use it, I recommend it.
For fittings I use EFT.
