Was wondering if anybody knows a thing about cars. It's below freezing temps over here right now (~ 20 Fahrenheit) and I can start my car but shortly after it dies (can't idle without gas being applied). Once it dies I can't start it again for a while. I've read it could possibly be a problem with something called the Mass Air Flow Sensor but I'm car dumb. Does anyone have any wisdom on the subject that may be able to help me? Thanks in advance

maby add anti freeze fluid to the gass and see if that works

It's ok. It's just the cold weather causing the problems. I started it today and it was able to idle after a few minutes of warming up. Thanks anyways drixor!

So it's been starting fine in the warm weather the past few days (>35 degrees). If a battery doesn't have enough cold cranking amps what would the car do when you tried to start it? I'm starting to hear from a few friends that this may have been the problem.
