Both parties have an advantage when the person offers 300m for someone who took their extended trial. The new player will get a head start at the game with a good amount of isk and the experienced player will get a free month for a lot less than a PLEX costs.

If you don't offer atleast some isk to the person who gives you a free month you are greedy. Help new players and feel good about recruiting someone to the game you love playing and make their play experience more enjoyable.
