So I know some decent info on the game and what to do.. I just started in nullsec ratting and had some questions and looking for a mentor of sorts.

My goal is the solo rat easier stuff because of training while im doing it plus I will be ratting with corp mates whenever possible im just on a lot.

I use caldari ships, training for tengu gonna take a little over a month thought, I can fly raven, drake, caracal.. is there any good fits for these ships to solo the easier stuff

anoms or just belt ratting?

belt ratting you can do in a pvp fit drake with ease (especially if there is more than one of you)

if the system has a decent number of belts and is a decent -sec you can get a nice chain going

have a look at this for chaining:

essentially you just find a belt with a bs spawn and just kill the BS leaving all the sub BS rats

if you find a belt without a bs spawn you kill it all until a bs spawns then chain it

Yea I'm in -0.2 gonna do a bit of mining out here but focusing on ratting right now

if youre getting a good chain you can make way more isk than you would mining and you dont have to worry about moving/selling the ore

Do you think I can make do in a raven or drake? I currently have 2 drakes out there to mess around with my corp can provide a raven or get me one easy.

for belting I suggest a drake, a BS is a bit long to align

just use a faction cruiser and all will be nice or a t2 cruiser

Yeah it is nice and cheap can erm it self with in a day
