trial:

if you get a buddy invite from someone else (could be someone on d2jsp or a real friend who plays the game) you get an extended trial of 21 days PLUS if you decided to start playing the game full time (subbing your account) the player who gave you the buddy invite gets a free month.

What people tend to do is offer a buddy invite to someone and if they sub they will give you x amount of isk (as its just like paying a small amount of isk for a month of eve)

Its very tactical and in depth. Takes patience and knowledge to play. Very fun and enjoyable in groups and solo. If you want I can send you an extended trial and help you out with a corp (guild) and isk (currency) as well as help on whatever you do

i started about a month ago

requires patience... for sure... steep learning curve and a long way to go with everything you'd like to do

that being said, if D3 doesnt come out for 2 more years i dont care cuz ill still be playin this

1. yes, very strategic and immersive.
2. the first weeks are a bit hard, once you passed them you will start fully enjoying the game

5. yes, later on if you manage to make enough ingame currency you will be able to pay your game time via that currency
6. a trial can be extended to 21days if someone invites you to the game. If you subscribe that person will have 1 month of free game time or an ingame item worthing about 420M isks (called a PLEX), most of people offer 300-350M once you have subscribed.

Eve is not for everyone. It takes a person who does not have the brain of a 12 yo to play it.
Its very in depth, and expansive.

Simply put, you can't win eve or even beat it.

Personally I find your comment kind of offensive as I personally love Eve.
At least let him decide whether or not he wants to give it a shot.
