After incarna hit I couldn't play EVE anymore because my laptop didn't support shader 3 or w/e.

I have a new comp that's more than sufficient to run it, curious as to whether or now I should renew my accounts.
I have two accounts, but have always had trouble getting enough ISK to buy plex to support even one of them.

I would have to spend real money to get either of my accounts active.
I tried level 4 missions and got smoked btw.

Anyway lmk the state of EVE.

Also, what's the going FG rate for timecodes?

You could reactivate your account for 4 hours, send me enough fg for a PLEX (30 day time code) and ill send you the Plex for 30 days, without you having to spend any $$. Let me know via PM if you're interested.

yeah, just do the petition for 4 hours and buy a plex or isk off someone here to activaqte your account. there are several people with threads that are trustworthy, done buisness with most of the active people on this forum.


and as far as whats up with eve, mining is still dropping (0.0 is the only way to make any isk if you don't bot or have 8 hours a day to farm) but if you have some good skills built up or a good corp hacking/arch can make some serious cash. Also mission running is good and it only takes a relatively short time to build up the skills to handle l4's with ease. Personaly i would recommend either mission running (here come the flames ) or ninja salvaging to get a decent amount of isk up. ninja salvaging won't make you any friends but you can make 15m per hour with very little isk to start, and like a weeks worth of training.

For the hacking/arch you need to keep in mind that the basic skills are pretty easy to train into, but for any decent drops you will have to fight off some op spawns of rats. In 0.0 you run into spawns that can run into the dozens of drones or similar stacked odds. there are some some great corps though that will suply combat support. with a few combat pilots and a dedicated hacker/arch you can pay the corp and still make 30+m per hour split... and thats with only a month or two training time. for mining to make that much is at least three times the training and you have to find a 0.0 corp that has ops and a buy program without splitting take between all the pilots. botting sucks too. with multi client, a well skilled orca pilot and a hulk running at perfect mining will still only make maybe 15 mil per hour tops. thats a damn lot of training for minimal return.

CCP is trying hard to make 0.0 the place to be, and the next xpac will make it even more so.
