I'm looking for a minmatar battleship that is capable of doing L4s. Low SP fits are preferred, I guess I'm looking for a minimalist armor tank battleship for Level 4s. If armor tanking L4s as minmatar isn't possible/is just outrageous (Maelstorm having shield bonuses n such) then a minimalist shield tank battleship fit is appreciated as well. Thanks for the help, I've checked like battleclinic and google, both weren't very helpful.
