Ok, I have my CNR... just about to start on cruise missles (Yea, I know.. but I have support skills already >_< )

and I still have only level 3 missions. Should I buy some smaller launchers and run level 3s for standing? Or wait until cruises and blow through them? Idk what to do :|

So, your saying smaller launchers on your CNR?

No.

Get cruise lvl 1, then buy named cruise and then just use that until you get your skills to lvl 5

Use a drake for lv3's instead.

I think he falls in category "bigger is better", that's why he wants to use BS in lvl 3's.

He'll probably lose that ship soon too and quits.

I had to use my cnr for level 3's and it sucked, cruise missles couldn't hit anything and I was taking more damage than level 4's cause it was all up to my drones

Yea, if you READ my post... then you'd realize that's the problem I was having.. Flying around in a BS blows for Level 3s... I was asking what a better idea was.... I didn't know if I should switch ships or just change the fit to smaller weapons on my BS.

smaller weapons = less range, so flying around in a bs would blow even more. instead of going smaller weaps on a ship made for bigger weaps go with the drake. it's plenty to get through 3's and will be much less of a pain in the ass then running a bs with smaller bays.

I think what malbaz was trying to say (correct me if I'm wrong) is that a search for level 3 mission fittings will pretty much instantly show you that regardless of support skills, running a BS is slow torturous overkill. Bigger isn't better for 3's, faster is.



edit: if you have the support skills to run a CNR then you can run a pretty damn good L3 drake.

Yea, I can def run a drake, but my problem is... is it REALLY going to be worth it in the long run? I mean.. I'll be spending about 30 mill JUST TO BUY THE DRAKE... and then another god knows how much pimping it out to do the missions....
