Riskier in what sense?
If you were to buy the time code, and if the time code seller goes first than he takes 100% risk.
You could get the code, use it on your account, and then not pay and say the code didnt work. (You can do that too if you were to go first anyway, and try to SA your fg back)

Plex/isk is safer for both parties. JSP Wise.
The only thing you need to worry about is transferring them in a safer than usually manner. Which is easy to do, it only requires more time/patience to accomplish given that both parties aren't in the same region.

i dont wish to do isk because alot of ideas just dump it to the person all at once and people get banned...

also i would gladly use a mediator.

If you need to know a method for buying isk shoot me a pm. I will give you a SAFE way to transfer isk. If CCP were to look into it, all they would see is that you either scammed, or have been scammed. Nbd.

talking about safe method , the guy who was banned ingame and caused LOADS of people to lose their isk / fg .

@ benevan - you can ask the isk seller to buy one or two plexes for you and jettison , then you convert plex costs in isk and pay their fg . Don`t pay more than 2.5 : 1 atm
