and i have tried the links to the offline installer for some reason they dont wana dl through my IE9, so idk what to do, iso some advice i run a windows 7 64 bit home edition and my comp more than meets the system requirements and my internet is working fine and i let it through the firewall and I have not been able to find anything via google about this problem...

Not sure what the offline installer is, but why not just use the online one? Not trying to be a smart ass. I don't remember what I used exactly, but I just clicked the link for the client installer and it worked fine. I doubt IE9 makes a difference, but I use firefox.

have some kind of IP blocker running (peer guardian, peerblock etc.)

any idea how i would find out if i do or not? And how i would be able to unblock it for the eve client?
