It's a corp that has standings with most of the npc corps & factions, you just have to apply, make your jumpclones and leave...

I have a toon with about 800M in implants ( +5 & 5% hardwirings) that I don't want to loose in a wh fight

You can use this service, which i believe this one is free because i didn't see a price anywhere. Or in 0.0 there is a station with free docking to anyone where you could also make jump clones. The system is 9UY, it is 3 jumps into providence. Owned by Chribba. I normally just do it myself at chribbas station because sometimes you may have to wait 12-24hours to get into a corp to make jump clones, and even then sometimes people charge for it. As I'm sure your aware, just take a shuttle with no implants since you are going to 0.0, during late us tz it should be very quiet and you should have no problems.

Nice 70% warn btw brain, i seen you've gone a little higher. I believe at 80% you loose access to private messages.
