you can sell the characters by transferring them to a new account through the eve online account information but the medium of trade must be ISK.

I guess you could sell all your toons then just sell the isk on here but you cant sell them for $$

Although jsp ruloes say you cant trade "accounts" but chars are fine

accounts trading are safe for the seller , but unsafe for the buyer , because the seller can petition at any time and claim theft

character sales should be made following CCP rules , and only by transfer .
