proofs you should bring :

- forum gold ballance screenshot to prove you sent fg to Botted , if the trades were made in the thread , post thread as well .
- Eve Online screenshot with your negative ballance / petition / GM evemails screenshots .
- Don`t forget to mention that Botted was guilty of breaking EULA and he knew that the isk transfers will be reverted = it`s the same thing as paypal transfer reverting = scam intent .

Since Botted said he will use real $$$ to buy isk , he will spend $$$ to get away with his locked status and you will be repaid what he scammed . At least you will have a chance to get your isk / forum gold back , unlike now when he`s blaming CCP and saying "i`m sorry , can`t help you" like nothing happened

1 + 2 = Botted deserve being "trolled" 10 times more than i deserve , and i am only showing people how to get their isk back after they were scammed . BOTTED KNEW HE WILL GET BANNED , BUT HE STILL TRADED , IN A NON-SECURE WAY .

I get ur point but everyone here knows it is illegal ( in eve ) to trade isks outside the game, so when they buy or sell isk they know their account can be banned or get their wallet reversed. They took the risk doing it.
I also agree that it is not honest at all from botted to trade his isks knowing he will be banned, but still, this isn't your business.

Exactly what im going to do. And if everyone wants to make a s/a against me fine, I understand and there are no hard feelings. Most likely nothing will happen as I have all my evidence as-well. The only way I would be able to get locked is if i took your fg, and never gave you your item. Which is not what happened. The isk would have never been lost if brainpower did not mention reporting me. But now i see he is still going at it. Obv he had something against me. I had no idea that i would be banned. I was banned 1 week after the fact that brainpower reported me. I had every right to believe it was a bluff, and i treated it that way.


And if you are going to post a s/a after what i have stated above. Please take a s/s of the log where i had sent you the isk.



Thats a load of Bs. If Someone had traded in WoW and had their account banned and lost what they had bought. They can't blame the seller. They bought at they're own risk.
Buying isk here is at your own risk, everyone is breaching the EULA but no-one cares enough to report each other (well some people) Because both party's are happy with the trade.

it`s the same thing with selling unperm as perm in Diablo 2 ... you sold isk knowing that they will be reverted because you were in investigation of CCP. The reasons doesn`t matter .

1. You knew that you will be banned soon .

2. You didn`t took all the precautions to trade 100% safe , to look like a normal jita scam or w/e ... see my 2nd post . When you`re under investigation , you should take care of your customers , not hurt them because you`re a lazy dumbfuck .

So let me get things straight ... you don`t intent to refund any of the isk that got reverted , right ?
