its really boring and slow unless u jump straight into low sec,0.0 where the big money is of course u might risk losing ur expensive ship.u just have to find a quite spot away from big alliances and learn how to advoid pirates.

it makes the pvp experience more adrenalinish :)
and unlike d2, you don't need to have 100% too cool gz godly overpriced item to make some kills.

Well sounds like you've tried about 1/10 of the game and should stick to first person shooter games really - bad input.

First of all, imo ofc - EvE is the most updated, and evolved game i have ever played - going on my 7'th year now and still find myself being completely overwhelmed by the sheer awesomeness of the game.

The game dosent limit you in any way - every aspect is open for you, you just have to be ready to put in the time and effort.

Start up with the 14 day trial - get a feeling of the game, the players and the endless possibility's.
If you still feel for it after the trial, your in for a rough time, personally i had about 3 months of screaming at the screen and calling all my friends up, flaming em on the phone for getting me started on EvE
After that, i havent been able to even remotely find a substitute for EvE.

Being in 0.0 sec is just a part of the great engine that makes EvE work.

You could be a manufacturer, miner, industrialist, supply your own marked, own your own structures - be a whormwhole hermit - run your own research facilitys - be a pirate - run plexes / missions - create your own corp and get players to work for / with you - join a massive corp or one that suits your needs - go pure pvp - aso aso whatever you want or all of it - as i told you, there's no limit - at all ;)

If it sounds to good to be true, well, in this case it aint - its just EvE online - you either love it or dispise it.

Feel free to contact me ingame for a chat or some help, isk's whatever - Supreme Evil or Blaspherion my 2 main chars.

All the best and fly safe

It's a very fun and time-consuming game. Keep in mind the skills you train take real time to train so it's also a very long term game. I've been playing for a few years and still can't fly any of the REALLY big ships yet (I've got medium size ships right now). But like I said it's very fun and very time-consuming. You can really do anything you want in it. Like Blaspherion said, start with the 14 day free trial first and do the in-game tutorial it actually helps out for new players. Read up on the game a little more on the classes, jobs, and things you can do in Eve. Hope you enjoy it, you can always throw me a friend request if you decide to stay i'll help out as much as I can.
