I have a ratio in mind, first to come close to that ratio is the winner. I also have a way to go about sending you the isk that will basiclly make it look like im a noob and that you scammed me :)

It is absolutly 100% safe as i have done this plenty of times.

Anyway its 1billion isk, Looking for good ratios and can do this right now!
