So I retrieved 350mil isk from networm_gb and 1 week later eve reduces my account by 350mil. so now I have to create a petition and retrieve my isk.

I guess CCP cought him ( selling isks is illegal) so there isn't much you can do to retrieve your interstellar kreditz :(
