I have 10,000,00 ISK. How much fg can i get for that?

The ratios are just really confusing the way you guys are saying stuff..like if i have 500,000,000..you guys are saying buying at 3.25:1

Does this mean 3,250:1 or 3.25:1

And is it 3.25FG/1 isk?
or 3.25isk/1fg

3.25fg:1mil isk
3250 fg = 1bil isk
1625 fg = 500mil isk
and so on.
