i am under the impression that it is against the rules and yes you could get banned, but i dont think ccp cares too much. i used to trade on here alot and never got a warning or anything, i havent heard of anyone being banned for trading fg/isk but i did hear that ccp watches this forum (heard that a long time ago). imo they are really trying to catch people who are selling isk for money and dont really give a shit about small fg trades.

CCP really only cares about RMT. I have never seen an official announcement, but this is a public forum and they're aware that people trade isk for fg and they don't care.

Technically they should let d2jsp.org be a 'ok' site to trade on, because if you actually buy FG and then trade it for ISK, you lose on a lot of money than buying the GTC's from CCP itself.

Simple math:

Pay 15 dollars for FG on this site equals 390 fg
Lowest ratio atm is 2:1, meaning 390 fg can be traded for 195 mil.

PLEXs go for 300-330 mil. So it's better to buy from CCP than to buy FG, then use that FG to buy ISK on here.

I've sold several billion isk for fg and then sold several thousand fg for isk back again...
my rule is that I never transferred over 1bil from one character at a time, for larger transactions I would split it up amongst alts etc
i never got a warning or ban or anything
