Train Learning Skills
First.
actually , train learning skills to lvl 3 first (don`t forget to buy +1 implants from start) , then put on you skills to fly and fit a frigate or destroyer , then make some cash while you`re learning lvl 4`s to buy lvl 2 learning skill books .
Make sure you finish all tutorials to learn a bit about the game ,
make sure you start the Epic Arc mission and move on as long as you can !!!!! That will give you great money for start , and nice standings vs your faction .
then find a decent agent in 0.5 sec system , from internal security / security / surveillance / commant divisions , cause you`ll get nice cash for start to buy skill books and shit ... then move on to battleship / battlecruiser of your faction , and decide what you want to do in the game , Mining , inventing , pvp`ing , missions
