sorry to inform you aswell but as for eve character trading the person selling has to pay the transfer fee so that might put a damper in ur plans, but as far as the toon is concerned decent start for a mining char so 1-1.5 bill isk is what ur looking at, so 4500 fg max thats at a 3fg:1mil ratio so work from there, hope this helps ya out
