whats some good stuff to fit on this?

i'm gonna be trying like lvl 3 missions around the level of like 9-12..

Raven is more for lvl 4s with the correct fits, lvl 3s i would use a drake or another battlecruiser depending on ur skill.

Are you at the point of being able to run Lvl4's?

Dosent matter if you have the isk. If you still on lvl 3 mish, go with a passive missile drake. I've got on and I can finish missions fairly quickly (I have one 10 and one 11 agent in Caldari Space. dont remember where. By Jita tho). Battleships are bigger, slow, and have a (lot) lower targeting and tracking against ships smaller than cruiser (which is pretty much all lvl 3 mission rats). About a month or two ago my corpmate wanted to test his Golem (t2 fit) with me in my wolf. I was 75km away, sitting still, and it took 5 Navy torps to take down my shields.

Its not a matter if you have the money of not, its about efficiency. Why use a raven when you can get the same results with a drake in half the time or less. In the time it takes you to do a lvl 3 in a BS, you could have done 2-3 more in a smaller, faster ship.

Bu if you really want a raven for the sake of having one to look imposing, then by all means go buy one.

Use the drake for L3 missions mate, doing it in a raven might take years.

Well if you really want to use raven for lvl 3s I guess you could train up your drone skills and use drones to take out frigates. But like everyone is saying here... go with the drake, a good drake with proper fitting and skill can solo lvl 4 with almost no difficulty.
