no honestly, he is telling the truth.

You must have bought your isk a while back because prices have risen recently. Prices are 1:3 fg:ISK currently.

17 Days a while back? thats not even 3 weeks ago i bought 1.6m isk for 500fg.

2 Months ago i did buy 2k Worth at a 1.8:1 ratio, that might be considered a while back.
