to be fair, now you're just provoking them.

i would also keep in mind that eve's policy is that the character transfer is a service offered to the owner of the account, meaning you pay the 20 dollars as you are the only eligible owner of the account. If "you pay"(as stated in your post) means that the buyer reimburses you for the character transfer, you are implying the exchange of currency...and that is obviously a no-fly zone on jsp.
