if u get yourself a debit card u can just buy plex's or game time codes of the offical site if your not old enuff ask your parents/gaurdians to open a debit account for u.

u can buy time codes from many GTC resellers
100% legal, secure, safe...etc

all u need is a paypal account + a credit card

u can sell these codes on the official eve forums for isk, convert to plex's and sell ingame, or can add to ur gametime

to actually answer the question it depends on how busy/big your EB is.. if they actually have computer games there is a good chance they will have time cards the stores in my mall dont carry pc games anymore so dont have eve time codes.. theres just a display in one store that actually had a box
