anyone have one or have some advice?

I would suggest getting your drone skills up to use light drones like warriors, hobgoblins, hornets, or their tech 2 variants cause some of those missions you are going to get scrambled, and nothing sucks worse than being wailed on 6 battleships and being scrambled by two frigates, but your cruise missiles suck against the frigs, and then you die.

Also there are plenty of websites out there for guides to running specific missions, so they'll help you fit your Raven based on the damage type they do, and which ammo you should use. Or which groups of enemies to attack first without having the entire pocket attack you. I also keep a drone link augmentor in one of my hi slots so i can use drones up to a long range.

Some of these missions are huge, so I would suggest dedicating another ship for salvaging, that can clean up after the mission is done (may I suggest a cormorant with salvagers and tractor beams and a expanded cargo bay)

Once you get a hang of it, it becomes quite profitable, btw where is your mission hub? cause where I run missions theres like over 80 ravens/CNRs/golems always running missions

cant offer much advice except to research each mission...defending against whatever their dmg is and finding their weak spot always helps.

ill second the advice about having a dedicated salvage ship (even on low level missions it saves a ton of time)

Raven is by far the best mission runner (Caldari navy reven at the top) with its great tank/dps ratio

I myself fly a Faction/complex fitted CNR and i can say u do most missions faster then u would think possible after flying the ships ive done before (nighthawk, ishtar etc)

I myself dont update much there, but i use it alot when i mission run, and the dude i share appartment with is one of the official janitors there, so i been helping with alot of reports etc (tanking all the ships while he type)

As for the raven fit it really depends alot on your skills, but if u want i can post a setup here that works really well that u can train for if wanted :).

Raven is all around decent dps and tank.
CNR is just the same just abit better, more tank and more dps.
Golem has a insane tank, but crap dps unless u wanna waste time flying a torp ship (slow as hell)

I would just browse loadouts on battleclinic but kjetil pretty much summed it up...dont rush into it tho and fit t1 take the time to fit it out with t2 modules and t1 weapons at least and make sure to have those drones

im using 1 inv and 2 mission spec hardeners and only 1 amp...better tank (t2 ofc)
rest is exactly the same

for example...1-1 heat and ballistic t2 vs Guristas and dmg spec drones (vespa2 and hornet2) for extra kin dmg
still maxing additional drone skills like interfacing and operation

1x BCS = FAIL

NPC SHIP = 3x DAMAG MOD

If you have problem with missions, use advantage of cruise missiles - RANGE.Cruise missiles Have insane range, soo warp on the mission as far as possible, align back and rape everything from distance. I think Raven is a best npc killing ship for begginers.

In these days - if you doing lvl4 missions you NEED some Sp in drones - Drone V, scout drone operation III and support skils lvl3 is essential
