Prices on isk and fg comparison

$ 20 = 595 fg
$ 24 = 1000mil isk

If $20 = 595fg
So $24 = X

X = (24*595)/20
X = 714fg

So: $24 = 714fg which is = 1000mil isk

HOW CAN IT BE THE RATIO OF 2FG:1MIL ISK ???

The best we could all go is 1:1, even so isk sellers would be winning.


So the right price is 1:1 ratio.

ya but buying from sites is too risky imo, i will gladly pay 2:1 to be safe

Buying isk from a website has SIGNIFICANTLY higher risk, since the accounts and characters associated with those sites transfer large quantities of isk around on a daily basis, whereas sellers on this forum do it once or twice a year. Thanks for trying to set the "right" price in an open market.

actually..... i just got 2 30day plex cards for $34.99 these can be used as timecodes. also can be sold on the eve market. they go for 300 million isk +++

so i got 600 mil isk for $35. on this site $35 = 985 fg so if 600 mill = 985 fg, then 1.64 fg : 1 mill isk is a better ratio

BUT.... ALL THIS IS LEGAL. you cannot get banned for selling plex cards. imo isk should be at least 2:1 just because of the risks involved. buying isk from a website however is just begging for the ban hammer.

you can buy plex cards on the eve website. but if you cant afford to buy a plex card, and you still want some isk. pay the 2:1 or more and stop bitching

But you are looking at where the burden of risk lies.... which would be on the buyer.... the buyer is taking the chacne that the person selling is quitting/selling scammed isk, w/e .... so if the seller is dirty the buyer is just as liable.
