I have a basic char that i've started that is all learning right now, with a industrial base... it has all the learning skills trained to level 4 except focus is level 3, and presence is level 1 ... this gives it 704k spinto learning with a total of 1.6mil sp ... it has a full set of +4s

With +5 Implant Set.
