you're gallente and you have low gunnery. that's a let-down for most gallente pilots. but you do have heavy 5 and di 5, plus t2 armor tanks, which is rather standard for domis.

implants are trivial matter.

the most important factor when it comes to selling a char is your wallet (have to be positive, or zero balance), and sometimes, positive sec status.
the second most important factor is combat readiness. (is the char stuck somewhere? if not, where is the char, region wise)
lastly, have you made any enemy in the past?

i'll start at 1.25bil aiming for 2-2.5bils buyout.

the actual race of the character is rather a trivial matter. as it stands right now, the char is trained for gallente ships, that's the reason why i called you a gallente. i, myself, am also a caldari trained in gallente, but as well as other races, except caldari.
