Options for you is you can create a trial character and use that to post on the forums to buy a 60 day code if you have the isk on your expired character to pay for it. You can accept them provided you have the isk.

Also you would legally be able to trade on these forums the in-game game extension certificates since they CAN be verified and pass through a mediator. But you can't do that with an expired character.
