I'm mainly stationed in Black Rise but I've headed down to Gallareue for a week to stock up on Tritanium for production. I average about 3.5mil/hour.

move to 0.0, increase that to arround 50mil/hr with hulk and t2 crystals.

I need to work on my standing to get a jump clone before i head to low sec because i have too many implants

also i dont have any connections with 0.0 space or any corps out there

and thats not 3.5mil isk/h its 3.5mil of trit/h flying hulk with t2 crystals and 2x MLU2s

There are several services available on the Eve-O forums regarding jump clones at very reasonable prices. Getting such high faction standings is not worth it imo, unless you are planning to lay down a pos chain.

Providence is a 0.0 region that operates on a NRDS policy, meaning that will the proper standings set (for the reds), you can operate in relative safety as people there don't shoot neutrals. Although with the current price of tritanium you might actually make more just sitting in high sec mining dense veldspar as the "rarest" ore Providence has to offer is only hedgerbite and hemorphite.

If you are serious about continuing further down the mining path, many corps in alliance based in better 0.0 space are recruiting. You'll pull in significantly more isk mining arkonor, bistot or crokite. Of course, mining in 0.0 requires alot more attention to intel channels/local channel. It's not like in high sec where you can just afk mine with a fully expanded Hulk, checking back every 15 minutes to empty the cargo at the station, so be prepared for the extra work.

Just join a 0.0 corp, plenty would take you probably if you fly hulks like that. And why do you need JC's to go to 0.0? What kind of implants you have that would be super expensive to replace? Theres people who offer the services of allowing you to get JC's in empire, you join their corp, get the JC and quit, for a fee of course. Most decent 0.0 alliances have jump bridge networks which greatly limits the amount of risk flying from empire to 0.0. Shop around.

Mining in empire is just a time waster compared to 0.0 mining. Join a 0.0 industry corp, it'll pay off within days.

Depends on what you're mining in 0.0. Unless you're mining arkonor/bistot/crokite/mercoxit, the logistics of getting it all back up to empire sometimes isn't worth it. Especially now that trit is almost up to 4isk/unit and dense veldspar is readily available in empire.

I dunno about you...but if I had the option of mining arkonor or veldspar...I don't think i'd choose veldspar.
