Whats would be a descent Salvage setup for a Minmatar Destroyer (Thrasher) in a mid sec zone? Like 0.8 to 0.5.

I have most of the skills except Tractor beam and the actual Salvage skill (Cant find the books anywhere ).

depends on your cap skills.... but 4x tractor 4x salvagers, cap rechargers and a microwarp , and cargoexpanders power relay's

Also, is a Salvage Tackler 1 The same as the Salvage Scanner? because I cant find anything Remotely close to a "Salvage tacker". I should also look into salvage rigs, too.
