selling isk for fg is legal on jsp
not really on eve but theres ways around it
dont go and be like 35durant35@jsp here blah blah blah selling 1bil isk for 140049fg cuz ya ull get caught prolly
be like "Hey Joe! heres some isk for helpin with the yard."
make it look like your friends and/or paying them for help with something

You can buy a timecard with ISK through the secure method. I would not recommend doing it any other way. Should you choose to acquire that ISK through fg, I certainly wouldn't ask any questions

I think a 60day GTC currently runs like 340-380mil ISK.

last i saw a week or 2 ago it was 400-500mill

I will sell 5 bil isk for 6,000 fg.

that's just above the 1:1 ratio (which is way under the GTC/isk ratio)
