What does this do? It says Quality : -1.6 ... does this have an affect on how long it takes to get to lvl 2 missions?

ED: Corp explained that to me, so now .. i have a 5.1 Effective standing with teh -1.6 quality NPC, what should i do , switch to the other and try to get its standing up or keep with the -1.6?

Ill try to enlighten you on the whole agent thing. The more you do missions for a certain corp, the higher the standing youll have with them. The higher your standing, the better the agent you can get missions from. ALWAYS work with the highest quality agent you can, as your effective standing will go up more, PLUS you get better rewards for the mission. Youll notice after time that youll gain access to higher level agents. Again, stick with the highest quality agent and your standing will rise faster and you will get better rewards. Pretty much a wash, rinse, repeat kind of thing til you get to lvl 5 missions

so now that i have a 5.6 effective standing, do i just stay with this agent til i reach level 2?

can't edit, but i now have a .4 standing with federal admin, shouldnt that allow me to do some level 2 missions?

if i remember correctly, you can do level 2 missions after your standing with a corp is about 1, lvl 3 is around 3 and level 4 is around 5

Oh, and to find the best agent to work with just look at the corp's agent list and see whos available to you

better quality = better reward, standing, slightly harder missions

Train connections and social to 4 as soon as humanly possible. It will take you ages to get anywhere without those.

diplomacy may be a good choice to add some skills

and ya i trained social to 3 ( or 2 dont remember) and connections to 2, and it seems to bumping up a whole lot faster, and now im doin l2 missions
