about how much would a navy and or a state issure raven cost?

and how do i go about getting each?

they dont make state issue ravens anymore

Navy issue ravens are about 450 mil in the game, and you can get them through contracts smile.gif

or run missions for caldari navy till you get 600k lp (pretty sure 600k) and some chip and a normal raven then you have a navy issue

state issues were given out as prizes or something i belve so there is a finite (and small) number of them in game

State issue would be godly. biggrin.gif, I believe you'd need AT LEAST 60-100 billion if one ever hits the market again, only 4 exist.
