and apparently trading items/isk/characters on forums is against it :\

Technically trading for forum gold or anything thats outside of the eve game-world is against the EULA.

ive just stumbled across a conversation on EVE where people were thinking of going 'undercover' on JSP to stop outside trading of ISK for rewards

well, I haven't traded anything, or sold anything. I'm just a conversationalist. I suppose those who risk it will probably be the ones who pay.
